American Lung Association Partnership

IQAir North America is the exclusive Health Partner of the American Lung Association for the air purifier industry. We share a commitment to protecting the public from polluted indoor air through mutual educational efforts. In addition, our partnership with the American Lung Association helps both organizations exchange information and ideas on how to cope with and lessen the effects of allergies and asthma.

Stiftung Warentest “Test Winner” in Test 9/98

Stiftung Waretest in Germany tested 10 brands of air filter, and only IQAir was commented to have the best filtration efficiency of airborne particles.

IAACM Ozone-Free Certified

IQAir air purifying system is certified by the IAACM (International Association of Air Cleaner Manufacturers) to produce absolutely no ozone.

Parent Tested, Parent Approved (PTPA) Winner

IQAir HealthPro series has earned the highest marks from PTPA for effectiveness, customer satisfaction and overall cost of ownership. Winners are chosen by an expert panel of parents that conduct exhaustive evaluation after using the products in a real-world setting.

Consumer Digest’s “Best Buy” Award

Founded in 1960, Consumer Digest in the U.S. awarded IQAir air purifying system with the “Best Buy” awards in 2004, 2007, 2011 and 2014 respectively.Consumers Digest gives the Best Buy designation only to products that deliver exceptional value at a particular price range. Their rigorous process includes identifying all of the products in a category, then conducting hands-on research and evaluation before choosing the category winner. “Best Buy” Award of the U.K. recognised IQAir as the “Best Buy” air purifier, in recognition of the unique advantages of each system.

Allergy Buyers Club

The U.S. Allergy Buyers Club awarded the IQAir HealthPro series with the title Category Winner for air purifiers and as the best choice for anyone with serious allergies or asthma.

Discovery Health

When the U.S. Discovery Health TV series set out to examine the world of air cleaning, they found the IQAir to be the only air purifier to produce a “0” (zero) reading on a particle scan test. Their sensitive testing equipment could find no particles escaping the unit’s powerful HyperHEPA filtration.

IQAir Wins Prestigious Chinese Government Award

The Chinese government honored IQAir with its prestigious “Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Contribution Award” in 2014. The award was presented in recognition of the advanced technology and superior performance of the IQAir HealthPro 250. During the summit, IQAir delivered a keynote speech on improving air quality strategies by controlling and reducing indoor and outdoor air pollution.

Collaborative for High Performance Schools Member

By involving in the Collaborative for High Performance Schools (CHPS), IQAir partners with government air quality agencies and communities to develop cost-effective, energy-efficient air filtration systems for schools. The solutions are designed to meet CHPS standards for low noise as well as air quality, and reduce school energy consumption.

Newsweek Magazine on IQAir

“We tested an IQAir air purifier in a basement that had been collecting dust for 20 years, and after two days, that musty smell was gone.” The magazine commented IQAir as being “designed for even larger areas, like the single floor of a house.”

Cigar Aficionado Magazine on IQAir

Extreme Makeover: Home Edition

The US TV hit show “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition” calls on the IQAir Clean Air Team to provide medical-class air quality whenever a family’s health requires the cleanest air possible. The unique relationship began when IQAir worked alongside the Extreme Makeover team to supply a family the clean air they needed after their daughter underwent a heart transplant.
